Kampot Pepper undoubtedly belongs amongst the most delicious pepper in the world. Since the 13th century, it has been grown in the south of Cambodia in the Kampot province and bears the Protected Geographical Indication (Kampot Pepper PGI). Its cultivation and processing are subject to strict criteria – for example, the use of industrial fertilizers or herbicides is completely forbidden, and the pepper berries must have a specified colour and size (the black and red pepper need a diameter of at least 4 mm, while the white has at least 3 mm).

N°01 Black Kampot Pepper 20 g
A pleasantly sharp taste with an intense aroma of pepper and hints of mint. Add the whole peppercorns to soups and sauces. Enjoy the pepper freshly ground on pasta as well as baked and grilled meat.

N°02 Red Kampot Pepper 20 g
A distinctly fruity and slightly sweet taste with floral tones. We recommend using in salads, seafood, and desserts. Works great when combined with dark chocolate and berries.

N°03 White Kampot Pepper 20 g
A powerful, yet delicate, taste with earthy tones and an herbal aroma. Flawlessly seasons meals of fish and vegetables, especially those with a foundation of aubergine or pumpkin. Just as good on cheeses or spreads.
